Rochelle owns a Fine Art, Antique and Personal Property Appraisal Company, Art Directives Inc. located in S.W. Florida, Pennsylvania and California. She is an accredited senior appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers for over 25 years. She personally evaluates personal property for replacement value for Insurance purposes and Fair Market Value for sales, estate, property settlements, and charitable donation.

Rochelle's presentation will focus on guidelines to connoisseurship and value characteristics that the savvy collector should consider when both buying and selling items from their collections.
